Do you have extra populations in your research lab?

 

We are accepting donations of fish to the stock center to share your populations with the research community!

The Stickleback Stock Center has space for up to 30 anadromous or freshwater populations from around the world. We currently stock populations from British Columbia, Canada, and Alaska but are willing to take in extra clutches or populations you have in your lab.

From our survey over the summer, respondents are interested in fish from:

  • Scandanavia/Northern Europe

  • Northeastern Canada/United States

  • Germany/Western Europe

If you currently work in any of these regions or have the ability to share clutches with the stock center, please contact us via the form at the bottom of the page or email Holly at sticklestockcenter@gmail.com. We want to work with you to help bring fish from across the northern hemisphere to researchers.
